Welcome to T-Tech Connect, Zimbabwe's digital marketplace. By using our platform — whether via WhatsApp, our website, or any related service — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About T-Tech Connect

T-Tech Connect is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of products and services across Zimbabwe. We act as an intermediary; we do not own, stock, or sell products directly unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform.
• By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You must have a valid Zimbabwean mobile number for WhatsApp verification.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders within the agreed timeframe.
• Sellers must hold valid licences for regulated goods (e.g., pharmaceuticals, alcohol).
• A Connect Fee is charged on approved product/service listings at the rate applicable to your category. This is payable upon approval and is non-refundable.
• Sellers must upload a valid national ID and selfie for KYC verification. Fraudulent documents lead to permanent account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
• Sellers are responsible for the quality and authenticity of their goods.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
• Payment must be made via an accepted method (EcoCash, InnBucks, OneMoney, Cash, Bank Transfer).
• Buyers may cancel orders within 30 minutes of placing them. After this window, cancellations are at the seller's discretion.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Payments

• All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). ZiG equivalents are indicative only and based on the current RBZ rate.
• T-Tech Connect does not process card payments. Mobile money transactions are between the buyer and seller; T-Tech Connect may facilitate but does not hold funds.
• Always include your order reference when making payment.
• T-Tech Connect is not responsible for payments made to incorrect numbers or without a reference.

6. Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited on T-Tech Connect:

• Counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Adult or explicit content
• Products that violate intellectual property rights
• Items banned under Zimbabwean law

7. Disputes & Refunds

• Buyers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly with the seller.
• If unresolved, submit a dispute via WhatsApp (type dispute) or the web platform.
• T-Tech Connect will mediate in good faith but cannot guarantee outcomes.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

8. Delivery

• Delivery is arranged between buyer and seller. T-Tech Connect offers a registered delivery agent network as an optional service.
• T-Tech Connect is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or force majeure events.
• Buyers should inspect goods upon collection/delivery. Claims for damage must be raised within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on T-Tech Connect (logos, text, images, code) is the property of T-Tech Connect unless credited to a third party. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

T-Tech Connect is not liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, network issues, or WhatsApp platform outages.
• Losses resulting from fraudulent sellers (though we take KYC verification seriously).

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these terms
• Engages in fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Harasses other users or our team
• Repeatedly receives unresolved disputes

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp broadcast.
